Storefirst

Hi
I stumbled on this forum by chance. At least some satisfaction, a group of people are talking about storefirst...unfortunately, im also one of the investors, just want to know 2 things: are you saying storefirst itself is asking for winding up too? or is it defending itself as their letter some months back said.
The last publicly known information is that Store First intends to defend the winding up (and has set aside £2 million of investors' money to do so). If you were reading richspk's post, he was referring to an introducer that promoted Store First, not Store First itself.also what happens to our invested money if the company winds up?
Your money is long gone already. The winding up order doesn't change that regardless of the outcome. It's an administrative tidying up exercise. Sorry if that sounds blunt.0 -

I assume this Storefirst action is linked to their hoped for closure, that cannot come soon enough for me, despite the fact that I will no doubt loose my £97,500 SIPP investment......
My legal claim v the former Hetherington solicitors[Who drew up my joke of a contract], reaches the Courtroom on Friday 16th November 2018. This so called solicitors were struck off for ''Suspected dishonest practices'' of ALL things, by the SRA a year ago now.....
Hi Sheffield 61,
Did your case go ahead in November? I imagine that not a lot of investors may know there's a potential to go against THP.0 -
I heard storefirst is going into liquidation ant that your store pods are not worth anything. Any store first investors?0
