Cost of flat roof repair or renew.

Hi all
Am based in London suburbs, Epsom area and live in a chalet extended house.
The bedroom ceiling, underneath the flat roof section, ( flat roof is between two pitched rooves on either side) is leaking in many places, so I suspect a full renewal will be in order. It's maybe a 3.5 metre square area, but not too sure really.
How much is this likely to cost? Repair and renewal.
Also if there are any recommendations for reputable builders/roofers for this area I would be interested.
