PE ANPR 'Out Out' Photos.

The Aldi site in question has one entrance and exit, with the ANPR camera taking a shot of the front plate on arrival, and the rear on departure.
Not on this occasion....

  • Yes I hope you do have fun with it, but as I've learnt over the last 6 months they don't care and maybe wont care about this glaringly obvious mistake, would be great if after viewing this they cancel it immediately but knowing how they operate you may still have to appeal it as normal and then through POPLA etc, lets see eh??

Did the driver reverse in for fun, then, or could you not possibly say?

GDPR breach by aldi over the actions of their agents for not ensuring accuracy of data?
If this was me, I would sit on it to see how far P.E take an aldi case, or too see if they realise its a mistake.
then go on the offensive once the equita crap starts, or it gets to the court stage.

What is said is that Aldi do not let PE take people to court

This error could be brushed under the carpet so the CEO
of Aldi should be involved as this could happen to others
    who blindly pay them.

A copy to the BPA as well.

The BPA should get this approved scammer to wake
    up their ideas

A GDPR case hitting the ceo of aldi, personally in the pocket may wake him/her up to the antics of their agents.

As registered keeper of Vehicle registration mark XXXXXXX I am not liable for this charge.
The photographic evidence you have provided does not show vehicle XXXXXX entering and departing, or staying at this car park for X hours XX minutes.
Your checking process of up to nineteen stages has clearly failed.
I expect this charge to be cancelled forthwith.
In the event of you not cancelling this charge, a complaint will be made to Aldi that my personal data is being misused by one of their agents.
Further harassment from Parking Eye regarding this matter, will cause considerable distress and compensation will be sort from Aldi.
