Whole house pump noisy - options?

Hi, we have the whole of the water pumped in our house as without the pump the non mains pressure is just a slow trickle. This means that any tap, toilet etc. not fed from the mains causes the pump to trigger and it seems very noisy - especially if needed at night. The pump is Stuart Turner Monsoon 4.0 Bar. The pump is in airing cupboard on a paving slab. With the pump, the pressure is great, but turn it off as I sometime do at night and pressure non existent, toilets take forever to fill etc.
Is there any way to reduce the sound, or alternative quieter pumps or options? Would mega flow be an alternative or does the fact that cold pressure is also low upstairs mean this would not work?
Thanks for any advice.

Is it possible to move the pump outside the house to reduce the noise?0

A new pump would not be expensive or difficult to fit. You could isolate the feet and / or put it in a box to reduce the noise."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi

One tip for getting old-style ball-c0ck toilet cisterns to refill faster from a low pressure supply is to take out the standard nozzle and replace it with the larger one intended for when the ball valve is installed in a loft tank.
On the pump side, I wonder if the current pump is maybe too powerfull for the situation leading to the pump being restricted and therefore causing the noise as a result. Maybe a 2 bar pump would fit better with the requirements and be quieter because it wouldnt be throttled all the time? Just speculating0 -
Try an anti vibration mat in between the pump and paving slabs. We have found it makes a big difference.
Ours does however only come on when the hot water is used.0
