Replacement Garden Fence

Hi,

i am in South London, need about 5 meters of wood garden fence that rotted to be replaced. The quotes I am getting around £500 which seems excessive. Aren’t there pre-built panels that can easily be installed?

Also as the fence is a boundary between 2 properties I am trying to track down the owner of the flat so we can split the costs. There are people renting and I cannot get to an agent.
