Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to http://www.capitalfm.com online to and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 24th September 2018 and close at 06:00 on Friday 28th 2018. 4. For the chance to win, entrants must answer a multiple choice question correctly to be placed in the draw.
5. One entrant will be chosen at random and called on Friday 28th September 2018. The chosen entrant MUST answer the phone saying “Hi Capital Liverpool, I’m feeling fresh’ in order to win the prize.
6. If the caller does not answer with the exact phrase they will now win and we will select another caller until we have a winner.
7. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Prize:
10. One winner will receive £500, and a night out for 4 people to Einstein Bier Haus, Concert Square, Liverpool. 11. The £500 will be posted in the form of a cheque to the winners chosen address within 28 days of the competition end date.
12. The night out includes a reserved booth in Einstein Bier haus, Concert Square, Liverpool for 4 people only. £20 per person spending money once in the booth. This has to include a purchase of both food and drink. You cannot just buy drinks with this.
13. The winner must call up and pre-book the booth on a date on their choice. Subject to availability. Must be redeemed before 31/12/2018 and excludes bank holidays. the winner's detail will be passed to Einstein to arrange the booking.
14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
