Kitchen ceiling leaking.

What could be the issue? This morning I noticed in the kitchen (which is partly below the bathroom) that the the ceiling was wet. My partner had just finished showering so I thought it could be that. It somewhat dried during the day but now it is wet again with the water a yellow/brown color. Noticed outside that the waste pipe from the bathroom is leaking and that seems to run right where the ceiling is leaking.
Any idea? Also, to inspect and fix this, would it be a plumber?

Almost certainly a leak from bathroom above. Along with fixing waste pipe leak please check if silicon around bath/shower is damaged and needs replacing .0
