Can I demand a recording of a phone conversation with SSE?

It was only a month ago, and I think the office was Newcastle. If so, what is the procedure for acquiring it, please?

Just to add to the above, under GDPR (May 18), SARs are now free. Are you sure that the telephone conversation was recorded?

It states (under the green heading) :
'Data subjects have the right to request a portable copy of the data', but the hyperlink in 'portable' does not lead to the arrangements for sending the file if it is larger than the email attachment limit.0 -
You would be given a transcript of the recording under a SAR , provided they still have the recording.
Some firms only store them for 30 days.Be happy, it's the greatest wealth0
