What to do with £25k savings?

Hi all, I have approx £25k in my basic savings account which is tagged on to my NatWest bank account. I would like to use this towards a deposit on a property, but as I live in London and am buying on my own I still have little a bit further to go (trying to save approx £30k). I would be very grateful for any advice about the best options for saving this amount of money- I am clueless but pretty sure there are better options than just leaving it in a basic savings account. Have read into LISAs/ISAs but not sure if these are suitable given I may wish to use the money in the next 6-12 months. Thanks!
