No MSE Email.

Options
After years of using Windows XP I have now acquired a Windows 10 PC.
The Email app isn’t as user friendly as Outlook was and I’m having trouble getting the Moneysavingexpert weekly Email. I’ve tried signing in for a new Email from MSE but that doesn’t work, and looked everywhere on this pesky PC for a Safe Senders List or Address Book to add MSE to but there doesn’t seem to be either, and on checking the internet I notice other new users of Windows 10 are having similar problems. D0 any of you Techie Guys have a solution for me please?

    Have you tried outlook.com?
After years of importing my aol mail to outlook, it stopped syncing on 9th Sept.
I now import aol to gmail and then import gmail to live mail.
It feels like microsoft would like me to pay $99/year for a premium service?

 This email app that comes with Windows 10 is a nightmare. Regretably it won't accept my old Windows XP Outlook email when I try to transfer it over.

So don't use it then and simply Export all your emails, address book etc. from the old XP machine and then Import them into Thunderbird on your new Win 10 machine.

The tutorial that you were given a link to above explains step by step how to do this.
