Im having a New Years eve party but the kids have wrecked most of my CD's. I have just worked out how to plug the laptop into my hi-fi speakers. My plan is to download the songs for the party and play them through the speakers. Do you think this is the best way or should I burn the songs onto CD and play them thorough the hi-fi Cd player in the normal way?

Keep your laptop safely locked up in another room. Burn some CDs, cheaper in the long run.

Thankyou. Will the quality be ok then on the burnt CD's?

Its only a small party with family coming so no sticky fingers are invited so if the quality would be better on the laptop then Id rather go with that if the quailty would be better.

Obviously if the sound quality is the same for both then I will burn the Cds and play them on hifi
