Tube / Snake / Sausage sandbags

We have a problem with our garage door since we bought the house.
The drive slopes every so slightly towards the door, so in very heavy rain we get water ingress underneath the door. I've rectified this by installing a garage door rubber threshold, which has been terrific so far, but during abnormally heavy rain like the recent storm the threshold was nearly breached!
The proper thing to do would be to install a drain, but we can't afford that right now with xmas coming up.
I was thinking sandbags as an extra line of defence, but they're too big really. But I was wondering if there was a product somewhere? Like a tube sandbag etc? I've seen these http://snakesandbag.com/ - but don't want to order from america tbh.
The other idea was to make sandbags using old jeans' legs / leggings etc, or some sort of plastic tubing, like temporary downpipe.
Any ideas? Anything between 5-10cm in diameter would probably do.

Thanks for the suggestions, I've seen the first two, but they're still a bit ugly and clunky for just a little barrier in front of the door. Also, not sure if they are for one off uses?0
