Buildover Permission Time Limit?

It has been 2 full weeks since Severn Trent received my Buildover Application with DVD and Survey etc.
I have been told it will take between 2-3 weeks for confirmation to come back but my neighbor had her permission in 7 days although this was back in 2014.
Does anybody have experience of the time it takes to get an answer!

Can't recall how long ours took but I know it took Anglian nearly a year to send us a bill for the service. It's not a common request so is probably not at the top of their priorities.Make £2026 in 2026
