Appointments not appearing in my Outlook calendar

When I book into classes at the gym the appt appears automatically in my Outlook calendar. Suddenly they have stopped arriving.
Have I clicked on some privacy box?
As I have to book the gym a week ahead it is really useful that they appear automatically and I don't have to enter them manually at 7.00 am.

Sounds like the link with the Gym's appointment system has broken. Without knowing how it was enabled in the first place (i.e. what you specifically mean by Outlook - MS have 3 different things called Outlook - and what the Gym system consists of/how you linked to it) then it's probably impossible to offer any meaningful advice.0
