I keep getting emails from you inviting me to take advantage of better energy deals, but I can't follow them up because I can’t update my existing supplier details as you don’t show my tariffs in the dropdown box for Yorkshire Energy.
Could you please update it to include “Ladybird Fixed”.

I applied to switch and received two welcome emails. Waited three weeks for further correspondence, nothing. When I phoned them I was told that I had not replied to further emails. I did not receive emails and thus wasted time and money. Their website is not helpful and very limited. I cannot recommend this company.0
