Crashy, how long have you been predicting a crash? Surely you realise that saying something will happen, with no clue when, is like saying we will all die: a technically true but completely useless piece of information!
I think now is not the time to buy in London, but I invite you to reflect on the credibility of someone who has been predicting a crash for so long.
You should also distinguish between buying a house as an investment vs as a roof over your head. There are many non purely financial considerations behind buying a property to live in, plus, in the very long run, buying tends to be cheaper than renting even when prices go down.0 -
