Parking charge notice threat

Referring to my original thread, we’ve now been given notice of the start of the parking enforcement. We’ve also been given a copy of the parking conditions that they are planning to put up. They state in a nutshell that charges have to be paid within 28 days, additional charges apply for each 24 hours, and will remain in breach of the parking conditions if the vehicle returns at any time. They will apply to DVLA for vehicles details and non payment will result in additional charges. Visitors can only stay 8 hours and not return for 24 hours.
I’ve contacted PCM - the company that have been contracted to impose the parking restrictions and have asked them to clarify how they intend to enforce this on private land and that the contract they’ve entered into is not with the land owner/freeholder, but with the 3 leaseholders/directors of the management company. I was informed that they have resources to take me to court if necessary and will send the bailiffs round if I still refuse to pay. This is due to start on 29/10. Any thoughts and opinions would be great.0
