Thanks for the tips. I'll have a look. Always wary about following links and downloading things direct from the web. I think originally I had a CD to install this Norton, although I appreciate it's downloaded updates...
Be assured I have definitely unticked the auto-renew now! My card has expired so it was asking for new details (which I obviously didn't enter!) and I thought I could just leave it and they wouldn't be able to take the money anyway, but I read elsewhere someone did the same thing and they still were able to take the subs!0 -
