Tesco Online

I often read about many unhappy Tesco customers - but wanted to say "Well done" to my local Tesco.

I use the online delivery service - (I have always hated food shopping) and have used others such as Asda and Sainsburys. But Tesco offer me the best service - they always deliver in the first hour of the two-hour time slot, hardly need any subsitutions, drivers are polite and food is always in date.

Hope I haven't tempted fate now!!

I agree actually. My last delivery included the driver ringing up earlier than the slot to see if I was home yet as he was in the neighbourhood, then bringing all the shopping into the kitchen for me, rather than dumping it inside the front door!

I do agree entirely.
I tried to stick to Sainsburys but the service was so bad, with part of my order missing on a regular basis and weekly changes to available goods online, I had enough.
I have been with Tesco for over a year now and on the whole the service is excellent, they usually deliver earlier that the allocated slot.
