How do I make a chargeback

I placed an order using my Lloyds visa debit card with inigo jones on the 27th july 2018 for a made to order sharpening stone but it haven't arrived so I've emailed the company and they are not replying so is it possible to make a chargeback and can I do this online or do I need to phone my bank.

OP has been emailing the company inigo jones, not Lloyds Bank.
OP, I would phone the company, and not just email. If they don't provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay, that's the time to contact your bank.0 -
to answer your question, you do a chargeback via your bank not the company0

You have to speak to their card services department - so no reason to go into branch as they will sit you down in a room with a telephone - at least at home you can have a coffee and a biscuit.0 -

yes but then you would be using their phone not yours and no need to worry about passing idv, just do it by chip and pin rather than needing to remember all your transactions, what your o/draft amount is etc etc2023 wins - zilch, nada, big fat duck. quack quack,0
