Hermes Parcel Held, Large Parcel ?

I don't normally have problems using Shutl/Myhermes but today I've just checked tracking and get the message 'parcel held, large parcel, will be delivered by specialised Hermes courier, allow 48 hours'. It was a large parcel but within their parcel size limit.
Does anyone know if this is a run of the mill normal message for large parcels or are they saying my parcel is oversized and incurring a charge? I'd rather not have to contact Myhermes to ask as I know live chat won't know the answer but will pass query on.

Update, parcel delivered today without problem, so not sure what the tracking was about, guess its a standard message. I don't seem to have been charged for anything, maybe original driver only had a small car!
Thanks to everyone who took time to read my question0 -
If there is a charge it will appear on your next Shutl invoice. I had one outsize (which I disputed as it was not) and there was no contact about it at all, it was just there on the invoice.
