Hi
Sold our house in August and had a survey and valuation done for the YorkshireBS, on the house we were buying. Our sale fell through.
Now we have a new buyer and the house we want is still for sale.
I am going back to the Yorkshire to lend a £2000 more than our first time in August.
Will we still be able to use the original valuation?
Thanks
