Being ignored

Hi there,
I ordered a product from a company a couple of weeks ago, and when it arrived, it was the wrong product, and in terrible condition. I have emailed the company regarding this, asking for them to send the correct product, and in a better condition, or to provide me with a refund, and I would of course return the original incorrect product. I hadn’t heard back from them within a week, so I sent another email, tried to speak to them using their live chat, and also sent them a tweet and a message on Facebook. I still have not heard anything. Today, I have once again tried their live chat, and I also found a phone number, but it doesn’t ring, just cuts me off. How do I get in touch with this company, or someone from it, to get a refund or rectify the issue?? I’m at my wits end! Thanks in advance. Sam.

Did you buy something small, or large; what sort of value?
From England, Europe, Australia, the US, China?
Did you pay by Paypal, Western Union Transfer, credit card?
Via ebay? Their Amazon shop? Their website?
You've given people no information on which to probe further for you to end up with a good answer.0 -
And was it a B2C sale or B2B?0

Not really harsh IMO.
After all, the OP stated that:
