Best adhesive to glue planter

We have a large garden planter thats just blown over (unsure of material, its glazed black on the outside, looks like terracotta colour on the inside), its broken into 4 pieces, so we want to try and glue it back together (it was empty when it smashed)
What would be best for this please?

I have used a clear waterproof mastic type thing in a gun for repairing some of mine. They are all still in one piece - although after today's storm, who knows!0
