Offered 200 Pounds From Halifax - Should I accept?

Hi All,
I ve been offered 200 pounds from Halifax for an error which they did which meant that my account was closed and payments made into the account and out of the account were withheld.
I think this is not too bad a deal but was wondering whether to try and push them for more? If so how much ? 250 pounds or three hundred?
Clearly I think they want to settle so I want to make sure that I get as much out of them as I can
