DartSAVE better than DartCharge

I am a very occasional user of the Dartford crossing.
Having just come across https://www.dartsave.co.uk/ from a FleetNews article I thought I should make MSE members aware of this alternative.
They guarantee no fines for registered vehicles
21 days to pay
Same price as paying direct
Works for cars and vans
Email reminder
They will make their money by paying reduced crossing fees.
No payments made in advance so no risk of losing "prepaid" payments
I think they deserve their own thread, as though they are mentioned in a few threads already, those threads didn't come up on earlier searches.
The only downside I can see is that you have to remember to remove your car from your account if you sell it.
They answer the phone quickly too

It's more expensive than a Dart Charge account. My fee for a car has just gone up to £2.00, on Dartsave I would pay the full £2.50. You can argue that not having to keep cash in your account is a benefit. Which is right for you will depend on whether that matters to you.0

Don't see a point of this service. You can setup auto payment on official website and you don't have to worry about forgetting about it.0

If you are a regular user and don't mind giving control of your bank account to someone else, then the official schemes may be better.
On the other hand, if you are an occasional user, and want to avoid having a risk of penalties because the time to pay direct is very limited (and a pain to use, asking for far more personal information than they need) DartSave is a good option at no additional cost.0 -

The same applies to the Dartcharge.
I only found out recently that you have to remove your reg number from your account if you sell it.
Someone I know sold their vehicle but did not remove it. The new owner registered for an account.
Even though the new owner had paid for their crossings he was still liable and I think he said he received fines. When he rang them they said there was nothing they could do about it.
