These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and employees, families and agents of the Promoter and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.

The offer:
2. The offer for qualifying Weight Watchers customers who complete the steps below to participate is entry into the prize draw where they have the chance of winning 1 of 41 prizes available.

The prizes
3. There are 41 prizes to be won: i) 1 holiday for two to Mauritius: The prize includes 2 economy return flights from the UK [London Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester airport] and a 7 night stay for 2 adults at a 4* hotel. This includes transfers from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport in Mauritius.
ii) £200 hotel gift card: opportunity to win 1 of 10 hotel gift cards that can be spent on any hotel available on https://www.hotelgift.com.

Promotional Period:
4. Entrants must have purchased a Weight Watchers promotional pack from a participating retailer between 00.01 BST on 1st September 2018 and 23.59 GMT on 30th November 2018.

5. Entrants must enter the prize draw by completing the steps below between 00.01 GMT on 1st September 2018 and 23.59 GMT on 21st December 2018. The draw will take place by Friday 4th Jan.

To Enter:
6. Entrants must complete the following steps to enter the prize draw:

i) Entrants must purchase a promotional pack of Weight Watchers food from a participating retailer from the 1st September 2018 – 30th November 2018. A promotional pack must have a promotional sticker/on pack flash on it and a valid receipt with a date within the promotional period.
ii) Entrants should visit https://www.WINWWPRIZES.co.uk from the 1st September 2018 – 21st December 2018 to complete the entry form. Customers will need to enter their full name, email address and postal address. One claim per household. Any entries received outside this period will not be accepted and will not be considered a Valid Entry.
iii) Customers must upload an image of the valid receipt with a date within the promotional period as proof of purchase to enter the prize draw.

7. The holiday to Mauritius excludes travel insurance. Date exclusions apply. Hotels are dependent on the airport chosen and are subject to availability. If the winner chooses to fly from Heathrow or Manchester, their hotel stay will be at either the Zilwa Attitude hotel or the Ravenala Attitude Hotel. If the winner chooses to fly from Gatwick they can stay at either the Tui Sensimar Lagood Mauritius hotel or at Hotel Riu Creche. Transfers destination side are included. The holiday cannot be taken over bank holidays, school holidays or Valentine’s day and other date exclusions may apply. Both the winner and guest must be 18 or over. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they obtain necessary visas and hold a passport valid for at least 6 months after the date on which they wish to travel. The prize package must be taken as a whole, flights and hotels cannot be redeemed separately. The Winner and their guest must travel together on the same flight to the prize destination and stay in the same hotel. The Winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize. All other costs and expenses incurred from the holiday including, but not limited to additional travel, excursions, visas (if applicable), vaccines (if applicable), additional accommodation, meals and drinks as required, spending money, tips and other gratuities are the Winner’s and their guests own. The holiday prize is non-transferable. The Winner must take their holiday to Mauritius within 12 months of being notified.

8. Hotel Gift cards are digital Gift cards that can be used for hotel bookings. The digital Hotel Gift card will be emailed to winners using the email address supplied when they entered the prize draw. Bookings can be made via https://www.hotelgift.com. Hotel Gift cards are valid for one year from receipt of email. One Hotel Gift card can be used per booking. Hotel Gift cards can only be used to pay for accommodation. They cannot be used to pay for dinner or drinks when visiting the hotel for their stay. If the cost of the hotel stay exceeds the amount on the Hotel Gift card, the difference must be paid by following the booking payment process. If the hotel stay is less than the value on it, the winner can put it towards another night’s stay or can use it for another hotel booking. Winners can use their Hotel Gift cards until the value is entirely spent.

9. Love2Shop Gift Vouchers are paper vouchers that are valid for 12 months from the date of dispatch. They can be used in full or part payment for goods and services and multiple vouchers can be used in one transaction. Love2Shop Gift Vouchers can be spent at any participating store detailed on the website https://www.highstreetvouchers.com/gift/where-to-spend-love2shop-vouchers. The vouchers can be redeemed by handing your paper voucher to the cashier at the till. Winners can use their Love2Shop Gift Vouchers until the value Is entirely spent.

Winner selection and notifications

10. 41 winners will be selected on Friday 4th January 2019 at random from all eligible entries. The winners will be contacted using the details they provided when they entered the prize draw. Each winner will be notified by email within 7 calendar days of the draw and will have 30 calendar days only to claim their prize. If the Administrator cannot contact a winner or the winner does not respond within the time periods given in this clause, an alternative winner will be randomly selected from the eligible entries that were received before the closing date. 11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of claimants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and an entry may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification.

12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, incorrectly submitted, illegible, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical failures or otherwise.

13. By entering the Promotion claimants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.

15. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entry.

16. Bulk entry made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entry, by or via third parties or syndicates, claims by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be invalidated. If it becomes apparent that a claimant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase their number of claims in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that person’s claims will be invalidated and any claim award will be void.

17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or requesting or receiving the claim, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

18. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation.
