Won my appeal against UC sanctions

Good afternoon thanks for reading
I received a letter today informing me the tribunal had allowed my appeal due to me having good reasons not to attend a work based interview.
Anyone have experience in what happens next with these? Do they tend to appeal tribunal decisions? If not how do I get my money owed?
It says on the letter the Tribunal can't actually force them to pay me the amount they took from me in sanctions.
Thanks

Tribunal decisions can only be appealed if one party thinks there has been an error in law, not simply because they disagree with the decision. DWP can therefore appeal but it is not usual. However it does mean you have to allow the DWP time to decide whether or not to appeal (from memory I think they have a month).
Although the tribunal cannot compel payment DWP should abide by the decision.
The above comments relate to tribunals generally, not UC specifically.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
Great thanks0

DWP have 28 days to request the statement of reasons but not 28 days to find that error in law.0

Thanks Poppy, can you remember how long they have from receipt of the statement of reasons to lodge an appeal? I haven’t got the energy to look it up at the moment!Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
I think it's a further 28 days but don't quote me on that. Been a long day here and don't have the energy to look for a link to post.0
