There is no free cartridge available for that printer. Look at the list of printers and if there is a * next to it there is no free cart. The free cart is listed in the particular printer list at £0.00 in red.

It has to be a cartridge that is specified as being free, as Molerat has said.

Again, if there is no free cartridge for your printer, order one for a friend and give it to them, then pocket the balance

Possibly stupid question, so apologies in advance but we have a lexmark, so obviously not one of the freebies. However, we DO need a new cartridge (keep getting the helpful message telling me it's running out), so if I order 1 anyway (still cheaper than PC world) will I still get the £9.00 from Quidco, or is that only for free ones?
