Sorry I’m new to this site, I’ve got a letter from BW Legal a county court claim form regarding an alleged failure to pay in October 2017. I have just received this along with a demand for £137.64 £25 court fee £50 legal costs amounting to a total of £212.54. I remember parking on this day and making the long winded phone call entering my payment and card details into my phone. Can you give me advice on how to deal with this company please

no , because you have hijacked a thread started by somebody else with a completely different scenario

you must start your own thread using the NEW THREAD button , top letf of the forum

copy and paste your query into it, plus add the DATE OF ISSUE and the full POC too (and add the name of the parking company as well)

once you have done this , you will get bespoke advice

until then, nobody will advise you as its not your thread
