whats the best freeware for converting a large number of WAV files to OGG?

It can't, I was so intrigued by ormus assertion that I went to the trouble of installing it with all of its plugins. And guess what, you can't do any saving or converting of audio files at all. At best it can only play them. So I'd also like to know why ormus considers it Audio Conversion Freeware."She is quite the oddball.
