Line take over- but not moving house

Spoke to BT last night, they confirmed that the orders have now been cancelled.
They were not sure on Monday if one could be cancelled which is why I was annoyed.
I opened a letter before closing it- it was welcoming the said person to Talk talk and their router is coming to my house.
I think tbh I have worked it out a few days ago.
I live in a street of Tyneside flats which is basically 2 flats ontop of one another in a terrace street. The flat to my right has been 'sold subject to contract' for a number of months. The guy has moved out a while ago as he never seems to be there. So I am thinking that he has mis typed the house numbers or has not realized the numbering system for the street.0 -
Those thiefs stole my line back in 2006 against my authority.
Took two months of hard ball bit the bullet and payed to get out, they still owe me money.0
