    Thanks for everyone’s help with this as it lead to a victory!!

    I managed to ramble through the failure to use the POFA.. to the point the judge asked if I had copied the wording from the internet. So I don’t think I was too convincing lol

    The judge agreed that the signage was shocking and the road markings weren’t suitable. VCS even tried to supply images of the wrong section of the car park, so the Judge threw those out!

    It didn’t get to the costs section as he had already agreed about the signage. Although he did state that the £60 costs were unacceptable as VCS couldn’t prove how that figure was made up.

    To all those who are fighting at the minute, don’t give up as they will automatically win!

    I even got half a days annual leave back lol

    Well done.

    How long was your case scheduled for ? My case is with Excel (same company as VCS).. The first hearing was at the end of February and was for one hour it has now been rescheduled and two hours have been allowed this time.
