BT TV STORE Online Movie Purchases After Leaving

I'm having a bit of a fight with BT at the moment. I've been with them for about 3 years and the service was good. I used to buy my films digitally from them via the BT TV Store on the you view box.

When I did the current terms stated that after you leave within 3 weeks the DVD version of your purchases would be sent to you upon leaving BT. However, the 3 weeks since I left at the beginning of August are up. And nothing came so I phoned up. After online chats and hours on the phone, I've got nowhere. With one guy from Belfast saying I had 7 days to have online access granted for my purchases to be claimed.

No paperwork or any details on the website show this. Ive been through all my emails and letters and found nothing about this. I was not told upon cancelling too about the change of terms or about this 7-day rule.

Has anyone else had this issue as id advise NOT to purchase films from BT TV STORE if you can't leave them without being able to access your purchased items?

Id also on a side note like to point out i switched straight away to Plusnet who activated my BTsports on the account and overrode my old account so I had no way of logging into my old account.
