    Now fixed as well.

I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.

You should have been expecting this - GS do this on EVERY case

Either wait for your own N180 (NOT THE N159 from GLADSTONES!) or download it yourself. Fill it out, send copy to claimant, and add the usual letter opposing the claimants request as a covering letter.

How to deal with that is very clearly detailed in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #2. Almost everything you need, as you progress along the way to court, is covered in that post of the sticky.

A number of legally qualified/experienced small claims court experts gave a lot of their time writing that to save the same questions coming up when anyone (and there are hundreds upon hundreds) is sued by a parking company.

Please read it and get ahead of the curve so you are ready and not surprised by the next stage of a predictable and sequential process.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
