Triodos Debit Card Declines

Yup, now it's the turn of Triodos to have problems with their debit card transactions. According to an email received at 14:47 today:
One wonders whether the "people that process our card transactions" are the same "people" who process Starling Bank debit card transactions which is often similarly bogged down by debit card declines. One also wonders why these so-called "banks" continue to use defective card processors. Probably time for the FCA to start investigating!
We are aware that some customers may be experiencing problems using their Debit Mastercard® for transactions in stores and for ATM withdrawals today.
We are working hard with the people that process our card transactions to resolve the issue – this is being treated with the highest priority.
