Hello,

Yes, received a 'notice of court claim issued' letter from BW Legal regarding Premier Parking Solutions.

Outlined in the letter is a client reference number, date claim was submitted, and claim number a long with a breakdown of the costs.

Then there is a threat of a CCJ if payment isn't made or reply to the claim, along with a 'what to do next section' regarding arranging payment plans etc.

There is no reference to the vehicle reg, type, date of the original parking fine.

There is an online portal can be used, the drive is assuming this will outline these details - our question is should someone log in or will that put me in a spot of bother?

My next question is what should be done next? Have no reference of the sent letters as these were binned, and no idea of what this is in reference to.

We know there are plenty of threads on here about this, and the driver has tried to read through them, but is a bit rabbit in headlights with all the information, and in some cases, mixed messages, so would appreciate clear and concise guidance if possible.

Thank You.

Any idea about the circumstances. Do you recall getting a letter from PPS? And what did it say.

When the actual Claim comes, perhaps you could share the information on it if you don't have any now.

You need to read post 2 of the Newbies thread. It sounds like they are warning you that a claim is on its way.

Have you moved recently or perhaps ignored all previous paperwork?

They have received lots of letters and was told to ignore, which they have, and thrown probably all of them away.

Should They log into this portal to try access the information?

    Thank

    No.

Read the NEWBIES thread post #2 (only post #2) and await the actual claim.

    Tell us which PPC?

No-one here told you to ignore PCNs from a private firm.

If it's the one thought of, it's in reference to a place of work where the driver hadn't put their 'employee parking notice' up.

If the driver speaks to my old employer, and they provide information that the driver worked there at the time, can they get this removed?

    Thanks,

Never said anyone on here told anyone to ignore.

    The PPC is BW Legal.
