  • Hi, I am looking to pursue a similar POPLA appeal (have the code from MET parking). The NTK was received 32 days after the date of 'contravention' therefore I believe they have not complied with POFA and so I will use a similar template to the one you have written. It has been sent on the grounds that the vehicle was left in Southgate park car park without payment and occupants left the Southgate park premises. I understand that the signage is not clear between McDonalds car park and Starbucks car park, therefore the driver did not pay for parking and probably parked assuming that it was all one car park. I am just wondering how I can access the links you have written into your appeal please? Is it possible to download them in a word document? (I saw it was in another thread but couldn't find the word document)

    Many thanks :)

chalk27, please stop posting on other people's threads.

The links you are looking for are in post three of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.

If you have any further questions then please start your own thread.
  • Hi @KeithP, I have already looked through the NEWBIES post and done as suggested by searching for relevant threads (hence how I found this one). I am still unable to find the documents you refer to which include active links for me to use in my appeal. Sorry to add to the thread but it has taken me all afternoon to search for these things and I don't feel I'm getting anywhere which is making me frustrated. If you could help at all I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

Sorry, you are unlikely to get any further help on this thread.

I've just checked again and every single one of the links you are looking for are in the signage template linked from post #3 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread.

As previously, please start your own thread. Thanks.

There are active links in the third post of the NEWBIES thread, the one with #3 top right, like this reply is #16 (sorry if that's obvious but some newbies to forums don't see what we mean by ''post #3'' of a thread).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
