I hope you had the presence of mind to take piccies, Murphybear. What are we like?

When you have seen enough, it will be easier to know what one you think is just right.
(Also, you can place an offer and then if you change your mind withdraw later! (ENGLAND AND WALES ONLY!))0 -
I think a lot of it comes with experience.
When I bought my first property, I did 2 viewings (I actually think it might have been 3) before offering.
When I bought my most recent house, I viewed and offered within a few hours, and found out the next day that the offer had been accepted.
By this point, I had seen around 40 properties and knew within the first 5 minutes of entering whether they would be a contender or not.
An offer isn't legally binding, if you do have an offer accepted you can then go back and view a second time (which I did) but in my experience, you won't change your mindMortgage received 21/12/2018

Sorry, never thought about it:(.
As we are an over 60s complex with some vulnerable people I think we must be hotwired to the fire station (its only 2 minutes away). Next time I'll have my camera/phone/iPad handy then all I'll need to do is work out to post piccies on MSE
I did offer them a cup of tea but unfortunately they couldn't stop0 -

Murphybear! You do realise I was only kidding, right? Have you taken your meds today?
Thank you for playing properly.
