Looking for information on communal land.

The property was originally put on the market in November 2017 for £200K but then taken off before returning in June of this year priced at £198500. Since then it has been reduced to £185K. With a guide price of £185k - £195k.
Having done a bit of digging the title plan shows the red border around the house and it's land (as per usual) as well as a parking space across the road. There are six spaces in total with each one being numbered.
Therefore as this is marked in red is this a private space belonging to the property or an allocated space for the property?
Could this be the 'communal land' mentioned in the advert?
If the council own the road would they resurface the spaces at the same time or would I be liable for any necessary repairs and maintenance?0 -
Have you viewed the house yet? If so, why didn't you ask the owner?
(It would be a bit weird if you're doing all this research on a property you haven't even viewed.)0 -
For goodness sake go and view the property, talk to the owner and put yourself out of misery. Really you have been dithering for 5 days now - it might already be sold.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0
