Have you asked your tutor? The OU is generally good at helping people doing the same unit to find each other.

Anyway, I am sure that there will be a chat room devoted to this course on the OU's First Class conference system. Ask there, mentioning where you are, and if anyone is available they will get the message.

I'm doing DD122 at the moment having just completed DD121. Was just being nosey and had a search to see what course you are doing - couldn't find it. Are you sure it's not DSE212 that you are doing?

Hi there

When I did an OU course a couple of years ago, we built a small study team after the firts tutorial and met every couple of weeks at the OU's premises - they offer free room hire to OU students if you need somewhere to study. I would wait until you've had your first tutorial and ask other students then - also try putting out the feelers on the student web forums (is it still FirstClass they use?).

speak to your tutor and they will give you a list of peoplr in your area who are willing to be contacted to form a group, if not then go into the forums on firstclass i find them pretty good, im currently doing DD305.
