Underpriced Holiday

Hi All


A few of us have recently purchased a holiday online which could be considered underpriced as rather than it at least being £100 per night a lot have got it for £30. one of us has been told it was a IT glitch but we havent had anything through from the company to say the holiday has been cancelled and refunded.


Would I be correct in thinking under Consumer contract regulations after 14 days the holiday has to stand if all the costs they could have predicted?

Is this information from someone at the company? If they are aware of it, it is up to them. Sometimes they let it go an honour the price but often they will cancel it. You have no right to demand enforcement of incorrect pricing.
