Recording web browsing to DVR

Is there an easy way of Recording web browsing to DVR?
I want to have areal time playback of basically everything I see and do online. Just go to cookies, web history etc I hear you say, but this will not give an exact playback of what was happening there and then,
Like being able to playback a meeting or to quote / prove or record a webinar.
I believe there is a function built into Windows 10 but none of the machines i use or will use Windows 10.
I didn't know if it might be possible to link up a disused sky+ box or a cctv dvr.?
I shouldn't think it would be that difficult and I am probably asking a stupid obvious question but.........
