Freezer basket Recomendations

Couldn't quite decide where to post this, so if its wrong, feel free to point me elsewhere.

I'm constantly making a mess of my chest freezer, its always well stocked with batch cooking bits, leftovers and "cheap meat" (yellow stickers etc). I'm trying to find some generic "storage baskets" to keep keep it organized, and make it easier to get to the stuff at the bottom without putting stuff out all over the counter. I want something strong, probably a wire basket over plastic to facilitate air flow etc, and stack-able. Ive found these:

but their a bit on the small side. My internal freezer dimensions are roughly 38 x 80 x 50 and id like to utilize as much of this as possible, at least on one half of it.I would want to stack at least 2, possibly 3 high and ideally come close to filling the width (38) and wide enough to be useful, so around the 20cm mark.

anyone have any recommendations? My google-fu has deserted me on this one.

  • I bought 4 x plastic storage boxes from Poundl4nd and they've done the trick for four years !! Wrote on the outside with a whiteboard marker.

The key thing for me has been making a conscious effort to check what's in there and arranging meals around that!!

I just use cardboard boxes that fit and stack.

If they get a bit grotty throw it out and put the stuff in a new one.

Just keep a supply, ours fits one of Amazon sizes.
Supermarkets have loads of different option free.

Not the cheapest, but the best by far would be hamsterbaskets
