Thunderbird is an E-mail client that will let you run lots of accounts together, I have several hotmail, gmail, yahoo accounts all controlled by Thunderbird.
Or if you're laptop is running windows 10 the Mail app should allow you to do that too.0 -
Thunderbird's configuration can be a bit daunting but use Automatic Account Configuration and it should be simple

NB. I assume you know both Hotmail passwords. If you put your general location in your Profile, somebody here may be able to come and help you.0 -
Alternatively ...
If you prefer to view them on the hotmail website, you could use two different browsers to save logging in/out each time.0 -
If it's just to check emails, why not forward all the mail from one account to the other? Then you can just check the one account.0

You can also do it with one browser, but use a normal window for one account and a Private/Incognito window for the other.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0

Or in the same browser with different user profile.
If you're using Firefox, you can run the command firefox -p to open the Profile Manager, and open a second profile using firefox -no-remote.
It's simpler in Chrome, where you can just use the user menu at the top-right of the window.0 -
Using Chrome you can click the 'person' icon at the top of the window and create multiple profiles. Each one gets its own browser settings, bookmarks etc. Crucially this lets you save the password for each Hotmail account, or have it 'remember me' so you don't have to log in each time, unlike incognito mode where you need to log in from scratch.0
