Transfer problems with YBS

Tranfered £14k from a TSB current acc to my Yorks Building Soc ISA today. It appeared in my ISA after about an hour, no problem. However, when I checked later it had gone again ! It hasn't gone back to my TSB acc so where is it? And why would it show 'paid in' then 'paid out' a few hrs later. It's a lot of money to us and we're quite worried...Monday can't come quick enough so I can ring them. Anyone got any suggestiins why this would happen?

If it's recorded as a transaction it isn't likely a problem.
If you worry, do significant transfers when their help lines are open.
