    SHE needs to do a Set Aside, as explained by IamEmanresu. Costs £255 to the court (pay nothing to the scammer or bailiff).

    Set asides are fully explained in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread, and on all the other 'set aside' threads (we had a couple only yesterday so it won't be hard for you to find one to read & copy what they did - only of course the application MUST be made in your Mum's name and SHE must sign the N244).
