    Maybe give you local Victim Support people a ring and ask which is best. They sometimes give them away for free too...I was given one recently!

    Our local police sell them for £2.50.

    got one from boots yesterday - has a pedometer too and clips to my belt so i can have it with me all the time!

    sadly for what happened to me, self defense wasn't much good - i advise everyone to keep their car doors locked at all times - even driving somewhere you know well in the rush hour! but feeling better today. thank you all so much for the help and support! i just wanted to get one there and then, i didn't want to have to wait to find out info today!!
