Where can I get a simple database for free!

Im looking for a database (pref on MS Access as I have used that before) that I can use to save basic details about a group of people I work with.

I need to save individual names, addresses, phone numbers, hopefully a photo and a few other bits on bobs such as what activities they have worked on and when they had reviews etc

Does anyone know where a site where I could get hold of one for free?

Many thanks

K

PS I did buy one of ebay for 99p but it was pretty rubbish!

A "database" is just that..........a base of data, i.e tables containing information.

You need a program to handle the database..............have you actually got Access installed?

    https://www.essentialpim.com

allows (with a modicum of creativity) multiple databases to be held and allows defining of Fields

also has other useful PIM features - used it for ages and it is excellent

Please stop using the word "of" when you actually mean "have" - it's damned annoying

Access contains several already. Look through the wizards.

If you need more, go to the microsoft site, there are free databases you can download.

Go here, then pick your version: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/CT101172481033.aspx

Excel has good simple database functions - much easier to use than Access.

I've also used (and taught beginners) the MS Works database - it's very friendly.
