Car warranty missold

I bought a approved used car from Audi Coventry, I bought an extended warranty with the car and the car was delivered down to me in London...
However now I've needed to use the warranty I've discovered the warranty is only valid at a certain type of dealership in the North of England?
I have been asking them for a resolution but they have been dragging it on.
Any ideas on a way forward?

I'm note sure there's much you can do about it if it's not a manufacturer based warranty. If it's just a dealer based extended warranty then you'll be subject it's terms & conditions.0

Why would Audi Coventry sell a warranty that can only be used in the North? That makes no sense to me as it's written.0

I suspect this is yet another case of someone not reading the paperwork fully. If it is an AUC car then the warranty should be valid throughout the Audi dealer network.Why would Audi Coventry sell a warranty that can only be used in the North? That makes no sense to me as it's written.0 -
